Hi guys,

There have been a few changes around here recently, and I wanted to shed some light on what’s going on.

1. The auto-searcher has been removed. We apologize for the inconvenience.  It was not our decision.  SwagBucks has been obnoxiously persistent in their efforts to remove auto-searchers from prominent websites.  They hired a law firm to harass sites like us.  If we find a way to provide the service to you without incurring harassment from lowlife lawyers, it will be back up!
2. Annoying disclaimers have been scattered throughout the site. The same lawyers were also harassing us about infringing on SwagBucks’ “trademark rights” by using terms like “SwagBucks” and “SwagCodes”.  Our use of these terms very clearly falls within fair use laws, but we have added disclaimers throughout the site to avoid legal trouble.  The lawyers claim that our visitors confuse our site with SwagBucks.  They don’t think you guys are very smart!  Lawyers aren’t nice people :(.  The big disclaimer that you have to accept to enter the site should only appear once a month, or until you clear your cookies.
3. A new tool has been added! The toolbar message grabber has been added.  This tool downloads all recent messages from the toolbars across all active sister sites, as well as the SwagBucks toolbar, and displays them to you in a nice, easy-to-read list.  It only displays messages from the current day.  If there have been no posts, it will read “There have been no toolbar posts today.” If you have any questions or concerns regarding this new tool, please feel free to contact us!

As many of you know , or may have noticed, when there are active codes our site displays a unique one for you/yourself/and you again?  that way you have a unique code all for yourself and you can use it and not worry about going and hunting for one yourself. Now At Sc-s.com we TRY, no WE STRIVE to make sure we make getting a code as easy as pie! So here are some instructions to apply codes where there meant to go without even leaving our site! Under neither the Active Code, you will see a little blue link saying: Enter Code :

Simply click on that, for what ever code your applying to your account. After clicking it a small box in the middle of your screen should appear looking something like this:

You will notice that it will show your very own Swag Code next to: Enter Swagcode. Highlight it or double click it, and copy it into the gimme box, and click gimme,  and you’ve just redeemed your swgabucks without jumping sites 🙂

Wow Wow Wow and Wow I can hardly believe that my little site I started a year ago from today , has turned into one of the largest swag code informative sites on the net. This year has went by so fast, and it’s not just me who kept this site going it was the mods, and you, the members. I would like to thank you ALL for every single letter and number you guys have typed on sc-s.com. A simple hello was enough. With thousands of people coming on daily you have made us a huge and successful site. So again thank you so MUCH. We started on August 14th 2009, Except we were shut down, and we were hosted on moonfruit, didn’t work for us. August 28th is when the actual site you see before you came together. Our site started off on blogspot.com, with a simple white background a banner with some asian girl with all these crazy swooshes and such, and text saying  Swag Code Spoiler. After that we had a Black and green theme, you all mite remember it, for those who have been with us for a long time, after that was a  grey and white theme. And now, this wordpress theme, You’ll be pleased to know that there’s going to be a new template coming to sc-s.com within the next six months. (I Know seems long, but it’s going to be perfect). Swag Code Spoiler has came along way from where we started, Having a full out community and amazing members is extremely hard to come by. So I CANNOT stress enough, of how pleased I am to see you all still here. Before i continue to the contest information, I want you all to know if there’s something you want done you tell us! We’ll see what we can do!
